POLICY:

Exchanges / Refunds will be given up to 14 days from when the product was received. For any further assistance please contact: support@kruxgolf.com 

 

RETURNS: 

We respect that you may occasionally need to return an item and offer a full refund or exchange on all items. Refunds or exchanges must be returned to us within 14 days of the product being received. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Returned products must be in perfect original sale condition, unworn with tags still attached. Return postage is at the buyer's own cost and risk. We advise for all items to be returned via tracked mail. No refunds/exchanges will be given for any items that go missing in the post and a claim will be made to the courier. For hygiene purposes, no refunds or exchanges will be given for products that have aftershave, grass/dirt stains, body odours or cigarette smoke on.

 

Please allow 14 days for funds to be refunded. If funds haven't appeared into your bank or PayPal account by the 14 day period, please get in touch with your bank. We will aim to refund your money as fast as possible.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please note that we do not refund initial shipping costs. Only the full cost of the item(s) will be refunded.

 

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@kruxgolf.com and send your item to the address on the returns form provided in the above link.

 

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
